ANTIQUE STAFFORDSHIRE BOWL
ENGLISH IRONSTONE FLOW BLUE TRANSFERWARE
Dates to approximately 1850, certainly between
1850 and 1857
Made by Cotton & Barlow, Coronation Works,
Commerce Street, Longton, Staffordshire, England
The bowl is done in the MEDINA pattern which
depicts people in a garden with mountains, mosques, and other types of
architecture in the background. The central scene is surrounded by
smaller scenes of ships and boats
